where's MY damn bailout?

Hey, I'm not asking for a whole lot. My business is run close to the bone. I don't have a corporate jet. I don't have a limo. Heck, I don't even have a fax machine. All I want is a nice little $5k line of credit to finance some inventory and advertising. 

Where's that line forming?

Seriously, if the federal gummint is going to bail out the auto industry to the tune of many, many, obscene billions of dollars, why not open it up to all businesses? Trust me, small businesses are struggling right now to fund ongoing operations, and are deserving of some financial help right now.
